As proud entertainment sponsors, we were honoured to attend the Modern Law Awards on Thursday night, surrounded by dozens of industry leaders who gathered to celebrate the excellence of individuals and organisations across the legal sector.

Celebrating its 7th anniversary, the event took place at Victoria Warehouse in Manchester, and has become a key date on the calendar for legal professionals. Champagne flowed and guests were dressed to impress at the event with black and gold theme.

Although it was a traditional black tie affair, Jon Culshaw was an energetic and entertaining host who set the tone as he did numerous impressions of celebrities and filled the room with laughter.

With our balloon walls, bunting, banners and much more, it was difficult to miss Foresight’s presence on the night. Guests tucked into food from various Foresight branded trucks, from delicious burgers to freshly prepared ice-cream, and even were able to sample Foresight’s own branded cocktails ‘Judge Judy’ and ‘Judge Rinder’ - a minty mojito and an apple gin spritz!

It was an incredible night of celebrations, networking and bringing awareness to the work we do here at Foresight. The venue’s atmosphere only added to the successful event, and it was fantastic to see guests engaging and taking photographs with Foresight’s balloon wall, as well as in front of the band, where Foresight featured on the big screen.

23 awards were up for grabs, and we’d like to give a special mention to Corporé, also part of handl Group, for being finalists for ‘Supporting the Industry’. It was an unmissable opportunity not only to celebrate our successes, but to meet and network with lots of locally acclaimed legal firms and esteemed industry figureheads.
