This month we have expanded our team, we are proud to welcome two new team members to the Foresight team, one of whom we sat down with to talk about his role within the team, his past experiences and what he is looking forward to about the role.

Hi, My name is Harry Eady. I am 20 years old, from Chorley in Lancashire. I attended Parklands High School and Cardinal Newman College in Preston where I took A Levels in History, Law and Economics.

So, Harry, Tell us a bit about the role you have taken at Foresight.

I am an Account manager which involves managing various customer accounts ensuring that we source expert witnesses suitable for cases. My role is to ensure the selection of the right expert and management of them the case from start to finish to ensure that a quality report is delivered within the timescales to ensure that the customer is satisfied. In my role I not only deal with existing customers but I also establish growth within my portfolio to ensure other perspective customers are aware of the specialisms and how Foresight can assist them.    

What from your previous experience will help you with your role at Foresight?

I previously worked in the commercial support department at Speed Medical Examination Services and this role provided me with immense knowledge of customer service, telephone account management and understanding the Handl Group. My role was varied and included a sales function, conducting various new business calls to explain the service but also speaking to existing customers making sure they were happy with the services provided by the company.

What made you want to work at Foresight?

I was successful in my previous role and Handl Group recognised my skills and abilities and I was presented with the opportunity to progress. I am keen to progress within the group and understand the skills and requirements of the role and know that I will be a great fit! I also believe it would help broaden my existing sales experience as that is the career path I would like to continue on, and Handl Group are keen to provide career progression.

What are you most looking forward to and what do you find most interesting about your new role?

The sometimes weird and strange cases that we assist our customers with. The types of cases we undertake at Foresight can be so wide ranging and I enjoy being able to provide a solution for our customers and this is assisted further by the vast expert panel and experience of the staff.
