We all know how strange and challenging 2020 has been for everyone, but despite the unprecedented last 12 months, our team at Foresight has continued to grow and develop to bring our clients the best level of service and expertise.

During the past year we have been fortunate to undertake substantial growth by offering an enhanced service proposition to customers. We fully understand the time sensitive nature of our clients request and have maintained production of quotes on the next working day throughout this busy year.

We have increased our Expert Liaison team, who work to ensure our clients cases are matched with the most suitable expert, not only through our existing expert panel but throughout the wider market, this has meant we can adapt quickly to change and have a greater understanding of challenges to provide an effective service.

Our Expert Panel has gone from strength to strength this year, expanding across all disciplines including the key areas of Psychology, Psychiatry and Paediatrics. Our new and existing panel recognise Foresight as a leading provider of expert witness reports, and we will continue to invest in ensuring the high quality of our panel across all disciplines.

We haven’t stopped there; to ensure we keep up with demand and are able to provide the excellent level of service we are known for, we have also expanded our sales team from 4 dedicated account managers to 7, guaranteeing that our clients continue to receive the same fantastic level of personalised care and support.  Our teams are the best of the best and this year saw Mark Speight promoted to General Manager after twelve months as our Business Development Manager, Mark and the team continue to work hard to exceed our client’s expectations.

All at Foresight have worked remarkably hard this year to support our clients in the ever increasing Family sector and the challenges faced in the Criminal sector. We continue to work with and grow our relationships with the CPS, Local Authorities and Solicitors to deliver a fantastic level of service.

We are very proud of our team for the resilience and adaptability they have shown throughout this extraordinary year. We remain dedicated to our clients and are honoured to have been able to work, adapt and face the challenges of 2020 alongside our clients.
