Coronavirus COVID-19 Update from Foresight Clinical Services

19th March 2020

At Foresight Clinical Services, we remain committed to doing all that we can to continue supporting our customers and their clients during these challenging and uncertain times. In light of the evolving situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we would like to assure all of our customers that you are still our priority and we will be responding to instructions in the same way. We’re doing all we can to maintain our close partnerships with customers.

Business Continuity

As the coronavirus pandemic evolves, we understand that this is a difficult time for everyone. Across our panel, quality, experience and reliability come as standard, and we’d like to reassure you that we have a robust continuity plan to ensure you can continue delivering the highest standards to your clients.

In keeping with the latest Government guidelines, we have been able to put measures in place that mean we will continue to provide you with our services successfully in the event of an office shutdown, or if members of the Foresight team are advised to self-isolate.

Our plan is outlined below:

  • As maintaining the safety of our staff is an ongoing concern, we have been able to ensure that almost all of our staff can work from home. This was done in immediate response to the official Government guidance.
  • Any external suppliers have been advised to refrain from attending the offices of Foresight.
  • Restrictions have been placed on workplace travel and all external meetings are being undertaken by video or call conferencing.
  • We remain in close communication with our Expert Panel, ensuring we are updated on any significant disruptions that may occur and we can advise our customers accordingly.

We recognise that advice from the relevant bodies can change on a daily basis, therefore this will be continuously reviewed, and we will refine our approach as the situation progresses. As our customers' and their clients' welfare remains our key concern, these updates will be issued on our website and we will keep you informed about any changes.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us on 0330 088 9000.
